Registration Information

***Please read the following information before registering below.***

Registration Fees: Cost will vary based on options and when payment is received:

Preconference: October 1, $75
Conference: October 2–4, $285

Registration fees are due in full prior to attendance at the conference. POs will be accepted.

Register online using a credit card and receive a $10.00 per person discount.

Registration Deadline: September 5, 2006

University Credit

Fresno Pacific University will be offering semester units.

Volunteers

We are always looking for room host volunteers. If you would like to assist a speaker during his or her session, please check the appropriate box on your conference registration form. You will only be signed up to host sessions you are already attending.

Every year volunteers are the heart and soul of the conference. If you would like to assist a speaker during his or her session (Room Host — RH) or greet conference attendees (Registration Volunteer — RV), please check the appropriate box, and indicate your T-shirt size on the registration form. Volunteer instructions will be sent with your registration confirmation.

Meals

Conference registration fees include all sessions, materials, Monday breakfast, Tuesday lunch, and Wednesday brunch.

Funding Sources

Your district may have funding for you to attend from No Child Left Behind, High Priority Schools, II/USP and Title I.

If you participated in the SB65/CSS program in 2004/2005, there are funds available in the pupil retention block grant.

Refund Policy

A full refund (minus $50 processing fee) will be issued if a written request is received by September 5, 2006. No refunds after that date.
