Registration fees are due in full prior to attendance at the conference. POs will be accepted.
Online registrations must be paid by credit card and receive a $5 discount.
Meals
The Forum registration fee includes breakfast
and lunch on Friday and breakfast on
Saturday.
Volunteers
We are always looking for volunteers. If you
would like to assist a speaker during their session,
please check the appropriate box on
your conference registration form. You will
only be signed up to host sessions you are
already attending.
Session Selections
Register early to get the sessions you want.
Your conference badge will list your session
choices and will be your ticket to enter sessions.
You may change sessions on site
depending on availability.
Completing session choices
On the registration form located on the last
page of this brochure, you will see a place to
give us your session selections. If you choose a
session that lasts longer than 75 minutes, use
an arrow to indicate the time frame.
Registration must be received by January 16, 2008.
On-line Registration
On-line registration is available only when using a credit card. The credit card used will be charged for all registration fees. All credit card payment information is processed using Cybercash which supplies you with the best secure on-line credit card processing available.
