Registration fees are due in full prior to attendance at the conference. P.O.s will be accepted.
Meals
The Forum registration fee includes breakfast
and lunch on Friday and breakfast on
Saturday.
Volunteers
We are always looking for volunteers. If you
would like to assist a speaker during their session,
please check the appropriate box on
your conference registration form. You will
only be signed up to host sessions you are
already attending.
Session Selections
You will be able to choose your session selections until 2 weeks before the Forum. Your conference badge will list your session choices and will be your ticket to enter sessions. You may change sessions on site depending on availability.
Completing session choices
Once you have chosen your sessions, you may include them on your registration form and fax to 831-425-1244.
